Below you will find useful information about making a reservation at Lærkelunden Camping either by e-mail or using online booking. You can read about how we process your entered information, how to receive your receipt in connection with a purchase and much more. When LAERKE is written below it is used as a synonym for Lærkelunden Camping
All prices stated in LAERKE’S online booking system are stated in Danish kroner including VAT and all taxes unless otherwise stated and clearly stated in the situation in question.
A deposit of 25% is charged, however a minimum of DKK 500, – upon booking, the balance must be paid no later than 28 days before arrival. For bookings made less than 28 days prior to arrival, the full amount is payable on booking..
Payment is made by using one of the approved credit / debit cards in online booking, including Visa, Mastercard and Diners. There is no card-fee charged through online booking.
Information on trading on the Internet
You can safely shop on the internet through our online booking system. As a consumer, you are basically insured against any misuse of your credit card online, therefore there is no deductible for misusing your credit card over the Internet. Shipping and delivery
You will be presented with a contract from LAERKE on the booking and payment of a cabin, a rental tent, a place for your own tent, or a place for your own caravan/motorhome, which states the accounts for your purchase. The contract can be printed from the website after the booking has been completed and will also be sent via e-mail immediately after the purchase, if the correct e-mail address is provided by the buyer.
Delivery of the ordered product takes place on arrival at LAERKE on the day of arrival (and ends on departure on the day of departure). Both of these times are stated in the above contract.
It is possible to cancel the reservation on the following terms:
In the case of online trading, there is a mandatory 14 day cancellation right. If canceled within the first 14 days, the entire amount paid back is thus returned. However, this does not apply to bookings made within 28 days prior to arrival, here the general cancellation policy applies.
Cancellation with cancellation protection
In connection with booking, online as well as by e-mail or telephone, there is the possibility to take out a cancellation protection. It costs DKK 250, – and covers cancellations up to the day before arrival in case of illness or injury.
If canceled up to 12:00 on the day before the day of arrival, the amount paid back will be deducted from the payment for the cancellation protection. Returns will be made upon submission of documentation in the form of a medical certificate in case of illness or injury, confirmation from a hospital or treating doctor.
The cancellation protection must be purchased at the time of booking or at the latest on payment. Cancellation protection cannot be canceled afterwards.
Cancellation without cancellation protection
- If you cancel more than 28 days prior to arrival, you will be reimbursed the full amount with the exception of an administrative fee of Dkk. 200, -.
- If you cancel less than 28 days and more than 7 days before arrival, you may be refunded half the amount.
- If you cancel less than 7 days before arrival, you will lose the entire amount paid
Registration of information
LAERKE registers your name, address, email and other information provided in connection with the purchase in its customer directory. The information is not disclosed, but LAERKE retains the registration for 5 years.
LAERKE uses server-side cookies and a secure connection to create the security of the information you provide on the site.
When paying by credit card, registration is done through a secure server where the information is encrypted before being sent over the internet.
If you want to complain:
If for any reason you do not receive your contract confirming your purchase and you did not receive an error message from the system, you can write to the address or telephone number below.
Complaints about the booking process, the booking itself or the product (stay) must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error or should have discovered the error in regular review of your contract. You can complain in writing or by telephone. One year after receipt of the item (stay), the right to complain in accordance with section 83 (2) of the Copenhagen Act ceases. 1, unless otherwise agreed..
When LAERKE receives your complaint about a product, the complaint is processed as soon as possible. LARKE will decide whether the product received should be payed back, exchanged or whether price reductions should be made.
