Terms and conditions
Below you will find useful information in connection with a reservation at Lærkelunden Camping either via online booking, email or by phone. You can read about how we process your entered information, how you receive your receipt in connection with a purchase and much more. When LAERKE is written below, it is used as a synonym for Lærkelunden Camping.
Payment
All prices stated in LAERKE'S online booking system are, like everywhere else on the website, stated in Danish kroner including VAT and all taxes unless otherwise stated and clearly stated in the situation in question. A deposit of 25%, however a minimum of DKK 500,- is charged in connection with a booking, the balance must be paid no later than 28 days before arrival. For bookings made less than 28 days before arrival, the full amount is paid upon booking.
Payment is made using one of the approved debit/credit cards in online booking, including Dankort, Visa, Mastercard and Diners. There is no fee charged for transactions made through online booking.
Information about trading on the Internet
You can safely shop online through our online booking system. As a consumer, you are basically protected against any misuse of your credit card online, so there is no deductible for misuse of your payment card via the internet. Shipping and delivery
When booking and paying for a cabin, a rental tent, a place for your own tent, or a place for your own caravan, you will be presented with a contract from LAERKE, which includes the accounting for your purchase. The contract can be printed from the website after booking, and is also sent via email immediately after purchase, if the correct email address is provided by the buyer.
Delivery of the ordered product takes place upon arrival at LAERKE on the day of arrival (and ends upon departure on the day of departure). Both of these times are stated in the above-mentioned contract.
Right of withdrawal and refund
You have the option to choose Basic, Flex or Premium terms. The choice must be made at the time of booking. It will not be possible to change to another service after the first payment. Changing a booking means cancellation, changing the type of accommodation or the dates of your stay. You are of course always welcome to change the number of people or other additional purchases without having to pay an administration fee. We would like to point out that Flex and Premium terms are a dynamic service that is calculated based on the total amount of your stay.
Conditions for changing your stay
1. With Basic Terms and Conditions, you do not have the option to rebook, cancel or get a refund for your booking if you are prevented from attending.
2. With Flex terms you can rebook and cancel up to 28 days before arrival. However, we would like to point out that there is an administration fee of DKK 100 per change, per booking. Changes to the stay can only be made in writing and are only valid from the day it is received by the landlord. The amount for Flex is not refundable in the event of rebooking or cancellation.
3. With Premium terms you can rebook and cancel up until 12:00 the day before arrival. However, we would like to point out that there is an administration fee of DKK 100 per change, per booking. Changes to the stay can only be made in writing and are only valid from the day it is received by the landlord. The amount for Premium is not refundable in the event of rebooking or cancellation.
Right of Cancellation
We would like to point out that your booking is not covered by the Consumer Agreement Act's rules on the right of withdrawal. The sale of accommodation (cabins, summer houses, camping, etc.) is covered by a special exception in the Consumer Agreement Act's section 18, subsection 2, no. 12. The booking made is therefore not covered by a 14-day right of withdrawal.
Registration of information
LAERKE registers your name, address, email and other information provided in connection with the purchase in its customer database. The information is not disclosed, but LAERKE retains the registration for 5 years.
LAERKE uses server-side cookies and a secure connection to ensure the security of the information you provide on the site.
When paying by credit card, the registration takes place via a secure server, where the information is encrypted before being sent over the internet.
Complaint processing
1. If for some reason you do not receive your contract confirming your purchase and you have not received an error message from the system, you can write to the address or telephone number below. Complaints about the booking process, the booking itself or the product (stay) must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error or should have discovered the error by normal review of your contract. You can complain in writing or orally. One year after receipt of the goods (stay), the right to complain ceases in accordance with Section 83, subsection 1 of the Danish Sales Act, unless otherwise agreed. When LAERKE receives your complaint about a product, the complaint will be processed as soon as possible. LAERKE will decide whether the product received should be refunded, exchanged or whether a price reduction should be given.
2. If you wish to have your complaint submitted to an external body, you can contact the “Center for Complaints Resolution”. If you do not find a satisfactory solution to your complaint in dialogue with the campsite or at the Center for Complaints Resolution, you can complain to the Consumer Complaints Board. The Consumer Complaints Board will make a legal decision in the case.
